Terms Of Service

By commissioning me, you as a client agree to the terms below, failure in compliance will result in refusal of service. I expect you to respect and follow my guidelines as these are my way of doing things. As long as you follow my guidelines then we should not have any issues!

General

- All of my art will be watermarked, modifying with the intention to erase it is prohibited.
- Please check my availability before booking a commission as slots are very limited.
- Using my art for AI is strictly prohibited.
- I hold the right to post all of my artwork, if you request it not to be posted for any reason, I will have to impose a minimal fee as this would limit my ability to expand my portfolio.
- I hold the right to work within my schedule, Turnaround time would vary depending on the complexity of the piece.

Client

- Clients can use the art for credited public use. This includes Reposting / Reblogging.
- Client is allowed to be anonymous for privacy reasons (i.e. "Commission for Anonymous").
- Client will be regularly updated with watermarked work in progress sheets to assure that output meets expectations.
- Client will be held accountable for misconduct in order to protect us both.

Payment

- Please send references. I will only start once references and payment are provided partially or fully.
- The finished art will be sent once full payment has been made (partial payment), otherwise, art will be sent immediately upon completion if full payment has been made beforehand.
- Please finalize the decision for the commission for there will be extra fees when cancelling or requesting change once started.
- Will accept payment in Philippine Pesos (convert into Php first)
- I accept G-Cash, PayPal, and PayMaya. Store credit and gift cards will not be accepted.

If you fail to follow my Guidlines

- You will be blocked with no refunds, the piece will be sent as it is in the moment of offense.
- You will be reported depending on the offense
- There is no room for change, I am firm about my boundaries.
- The requested art might not be completed and the commission could also be cancelled completely.

What inspired your work?

I have a long standing obsession with vintage / retro things, specifically the 1960's to 1970's. I take huge inspiration from classic rock music around that era, as well as fashion illustration of the decades. I like to emphasize old, yet timeless and elegance in my works.

When and why did you start digital art and commissions?

I started digital art around the beginning of 2021 (5 years ago). I mainly do commissions for personal funds and to begin an art business.

Are rush commissions available?

Yes, but there will be an extra fee. Although a rush job can be uncertain due to my schedule as a student.
